Freese and Nichols is seeking a Biller to join our team in Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas. As Biller, you will support project-related billings by preparing and processing accurate client invoices, reviewing financial documentation for accuracy and compliance, and partnering with the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers to resolve issues and keep work moving.
Responsibilities:
Process client invoices in alignment with contract terms and billing requirementsReview subconsultant agreements for financial accuracyReview employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and proceduresAssist with compliance audit reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standardsIdentify billing, contract, and expense discrepancies and resolve them in a timely mannerSupport the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers with project-related billing activities
