Own the full recruitment cycle for a large operation; sourcing and screening for high-volume, field-based positions including drivers and skilled trades across multiple districts
Act as a strategic partner to local and divisional managers, providing workforce planning support, talent pipeline development, and regular hiring updates to senior leadership
Drive creative sourcing and employer branding initiatives while using recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve process effectiveness
About You
Fully bilingual (French/English, written and oral) with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally within an industrial, logistics, or transportation environment
Relationship-driven communicator who can build trust at all levels of an organization, manage competing priorities, and deliver proactive updates with a solutions-first mindset
