The Role
Provide onsite IT support for hardware and software issues.
Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and IT peripherals.
Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers, and workplace technology.
Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of IT equipment.
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with other IT teams.
Support multiple office locations under a Hub & Spoke model (local travel required).
The Requirements
2–3 years of experience in onsite End User IT support.
Strong hands‑on experience with hardware, peripherals, and corporate environments.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL principles (preferred).
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Azure (a plus).
