Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging user trainings and create clear, easy‐to‐understand training materials.
Identify user needs and translate them into targeted training and support activities.
Support the rollout of new features with a strong focus on user readiness and adoption.
Communicate release changes and updates across multiple countries and channels.
Gather user feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Provide hyper‐care and first‐level support during and after system transitions.
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.
Contribute to change management efforts by guiding users through new processes and tools.
