About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Interior Design & Procurement Coordinator to oversee the design, furnishing, and ongoing inventory management of a furnished apartment portfolio. This role will help standardize design processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all units.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external designers on new apartment setups.
- Create furnishing plans for new apartments using floor plans, measurements, and property photos.
- Re-furnish existing apartments that require upgrades or complete redesigns.
- Source and order replacement furniture, décor, and household items for damaged, worn, or outdated inventory.
