Assists in the development, delivery and coordination of HR and company initiatives and compliance activities such as UI Claims, Employment Letters, Immigration Processing, I9 compliance, LOA, etc.
Collaborate with Senior HR Managers and Senior HR Business Partners to develop programs and processes that promote a positive work environment. Create employee engagement plans and participate in the development of department goals and objectives and execute plans to meet these goals. Conduct pro-active employee relations activities such as structured feedback sessions and employee recognition programs.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Partners to support position management and/or recruiting efforts including but not limited to: data management, marketplace strategy for recruitment, job description development/review, attending local job fairs and trade shows, confirm screening requirements with hiring managers for open positions...
