We are currently looking for a Bilingual Consumer Affairs Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The Consumer Affairs Coordinator handles consumer inquiries and high‑visibility escalations—investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, administering goodwill when appropriate, and documenting all cases in Salesforce. They also analyze trends, ensure timely follow‑ups to maintain customer satisfaction, and support internal stakeholders while reporting to the Manager, Contact Centres and Consumer Affairs.
