Summary

The primary function of the Client Benefit Technical Analyst is to act as a key point of contact for all Health Benefit inquiries and issues for our customers – insurance companies and third party administrators (TPAs). The Analyst will ensure relationships with customers are effectively maintained and provide support on Pharmacy, Dental and Health plans coverage, as well as on database, IT, adjudication inquiries and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on drug, dental & extended health benefits issues such as claim adjudication and payment queries.
• Support ESC clinical team with implementation of new and existing clinical programs, formularies, and new business development products.
