What is the opportunity?Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investigations this position is responsible for leading, developing and managing all aspects of post settlement investigation activities for Wire Payments Investigations. Provides support, guidance and direction to employees and service partners. The Bilingual Assistant Manager Wire Investigations is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team and monitors overall workflow. All responsibilities carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, RBC Values and Guiding Principles ensuring adherence to Privacy principles.What will you do?
