This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline’s customer service requests on social media platforms in Spanish Language.
Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Spanish Language.
Good English-Speaking skills with 6 months-1 year experience in customer service is preferable.
Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) as needed in the job.
Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
