Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle payroll processing and related tasks.
Utilize QuickBooks software for accounting and financial reporting.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in both Spanish and English.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
