Our client in the Build and Design industry is searching for a Bids & Tender Specialist who can manage all RFPs and incoming leads end‑to‑end, ensuring an organised and timely process.
Responsibilities - Handle incoming leads and opportunities, and compile for Management’s qualifications.
- Lead the development of compelling and compliant RFP responses and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content.
- Organise and disseminate tender addendums and clarifications and provide timely responses.
- Ensure that RFP submissions meet all requirements, including those related to format, content and timeline.
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordination of internal and external resources, review and approval processes and submission.
