Job Purpose

We are looking for a Bid Support Administrator accountable for UAN (vendor special prices) creation in our system based on the documentation received from vendors. The position exists to make these special conditions visible to our sales force and customers in Intouch. Main accountability: UAN creation. Contribution to achieving department goals: key to meet daily department SLAs and provide quality to avoid TD profit loss.

Responsibilities

• UAN creation in our system (65%)
• Review documentation from vendor before executing UAN creation (30%)
• Basic data base maintenance (5%)
