Two Roads Group seeks an experienced and strategically minded Senior Bid Manager to take ownership of the group's end-to-end tendering function. Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full bid lifecycle — from opportunity identification and qualification through to final submission and post-submission debrief.
The role requires close collaboration with technical, commercial, legal and operations teams across the group's member companies, and will be central to Two Roads' continued growth in both public and private sector markets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage the full tender process from receipt of RFQ/RFP through to timely, compliant submission
• Coordinate and consolidate input from technical, legal, financial and operational stakeholders across member companies
