To manage and maintain accurate, audit-ready bid and project documentation across the full lifecycle of government procurement processes. The role ensures governance, traceability, and compliance through structured documentation control, versioning, and submission management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all bid and project documentation (RFQs, RFPs, tenders, contracts).
- Compile and coordinate SBD (Standard Bidding Document) forms and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all records are audit-ready , complete, and compliant with government regulations.
- Manage version control of all documents, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
- Prepare and maintain submission packs , approval packs, and supporting evidence.
