The Benefits Specialist sits within our People Operations function and serves as a go-to resource for employee questions navigating health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs. Operating with a high degree of independence, you’ll manage day-to-day benefits questions, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and collaborate closely with payroll, leave vendors, and HR partners.

Benefits Administration & Employee Support
+ Support employees through benefits enrollment, eligibility verification, and claims across health, welfare, and retirement plans - serving as a knowledgeable first point of contact for questions on coverage, plan options, and leave entitlements.
