Manage the daily administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, life insurance, and disability coverage.
Lead open enrollment, new hire onboarding, and qualifying life event processes
Serve as the primary point of contact with the benefits broker and external vendors, ensuring accurate plan administration and swift resolution of issues
Conduct regular audits of payroll and HRIS data to verify benefits eligibility and deduction accuracy
Deliver proactive guidance and education to employees on benefits options and program updates
Support benefits administration for a team of approximately 75 employees
