Position Overview

Reporting to the Global Benefits Analyst, you will support the day‑to‑day administration and compliance of CSG’s global health, welfare, retirement, leave of absence and well‑being programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity between internal and external systems through routine audits and reconciliations.
• Manage benefit funding processes and ensure compliance with plan documents and governmental regulations.
• Coordinate and support all global compliance tasks, including internal and external audits, required filings, participant notices, disclosures, testing and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering participant questions and resolving escalated benefits issues.
• Support delivery of benefits education opportunities and program awareness through presentations and written communications.
