The Opportunity
As a dedicated Benefits Advisor (Mid-Level), you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, implementing, and managing benefit plans, programs, and services for both employees and retirees. You’ll make sure everything aligns with the organization’s total rewards philosophy and overall HR strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted resource, offering guidance and practical solutions across a broad range of benefit areas, including health and welfare, retirement, work-life programs, total health management, voluntary benefits, and time-off programs. You’ll also keep a close eye on enterprise risk by monitoring benefit-related impacts from legislative and regulatory changes, market trends, and cost considerations.
