LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits/Data Entry Administrator to support patient services for an amazing non-profit healthcare organization in Marietta, GA. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact patients to renew their benefits and accurately document the information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call patients to renew or update benefits information.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in the Positive Impact system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be approved by the client before assignment.
