The Belonging & Marketplace Engagement Managerwill work closely with senior leadership to strengthen a culture of belonging and drive marketplace engagement. This role is responsible for supporting inclusive business practices that expand opportunities for small and emerging businesses, including women- and minority-owned firms, in alignment with JE Dunn Construction’s strategic objectives. The position will also lead initiatives that reinforce JE Dunn’s culture and participate in efforts to proactively identify, engage, and attract a broad pool of qualified talent based on skills, experience, and job-related qualifications. All activities will be carried out in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values.
Autonomy & Decision-Making: Makes most decisions and consults with supervisor and Business Unit Leader as needed.
