Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Bellman to provide friendly and efficient service to guests while transporting luggage and providing other services as needed.
Responsibilities - Welcome guests professionally and demonstrate a warm, confident, and genuine first impression
- Show guests to the room and assist them with their luggage while giving guest information about the hotel, its features as well as general information about the local area and direction to the train station
- Provide detailed room orientation for arriving guests
- Make sure airline luggage tags are removed and disposed of before sending luggage’s to guestrooms.
- Assist guests on Kiosk’s check in and out. Direct guest to Reception if guest encounter any challenge when using the Kiosk.
