- Manage the bell desk, lobby, concierge, and driveway areas to ensure they remain clean and organized
- Assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room moves following hotel procedures
- Recognize and greet loyalty program members and returning guests by name
- Provide guests with accurate local information, recommendations, and event updates
