We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and motivated Teaching Assistants to join Alternative Provision (AP) schools across Westminster, Kensington & Fulham.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who may have experienced barriers to education, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, or additional learning needs. Your support can have a lasting impact on helping young people re-engage with education and achieve their potential.

Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Help manage behaviour using positive behaviour support strategies.
