About the role: The Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing individual assessments, program planning, clinical case coordination, and direct intervention within the Behavioural Health Supports department. This role includes designing, implementing and overseeing evidence-based programming and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
Developing and monitoring individualized treatment programs Providing training and feedback to staff Attending team meetings for case review Collaborating with caregivers and external professionals Maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulations set forth by the Behaviour Analytic Certification Board (BACB) Contributing to a growth-focused team culture while ensuring ethical and effective service delivery Qualifications
