As a Behavioral Health Tech at MercyOne, you will participate in the provision of safe, quality patient care as delegated by the Nurse Manager. The Technician greets patients upon admission to the Behavioral Health Unit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; providing patient unit orientation, providing the patient with the standard daily activity schedule and setting behavior expectations during the patients stay on the unit.
