The Behavior Technician plays a pivotal role within our organization by providing 1:1 intervention to an assigned client. Operating under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Technicians utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to teach essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors. This role necessitates meticulous data collection and session notes to monitor and assess client progress.
