We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy for a 3-year-old male in Mt. Arlington, NJ.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.

• Collect and document session data.

• Foster communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

• Collaborate with the clinical team and caregivers to support the client's progress.
