            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Aesthetic/ Skincare 
Position Title: Beauty Training & Service Excellence Manager 
Working Location: Islandwide (City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut, Paya Lebar) 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11am - 9pm, Saturday from 10am - 8pm and Sunday 10am - 7pm (Follow roster) 
Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Sales Bonus 
Duration: Permanent Role 
 Key Responsibilities  Perform a wide range of treatments (facials, slimming, and hair removal) to professional standards. 
Recommend and introduce suitable treatment packages and products to support clients’ results. 
Provide treatment services at different outlets when additional staffing support is needed. 
Build long-term client relationships by delivering consistently high service standards.
