            Job Description  Oversee and manage all beauty training programs within the company 
Develop structured training curriculum for new and existing beauticians 
Standardise treatment protocols and ensure consistent service standards 
Conduct practical, hands‑on training in facial techniques, skin analysis and consultation skills 
Evaluate and certify beauticians through structured competency assessments 
Develop and maintain training manuals, SOPs and service guidelines 
Monitor treatment quality and provide coaching to improve performance standards 
Work closely with management to implement new treatments and service improvements 
Provide product knowledge training and technical support to staff 
Analyse customer feedback and training outcomes to enhance service quality 
Mentor senior beauticians to strengthen internal training capabilities
