            Job Responsibilities  Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments and packages 
Build and maintain strong client relationships 
Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities 
Achieve and exceed monthly KPI and sales targets  
Maintain excellent customer service standards 
Assist in operations and appointment coordination 
 Requirements  Minimum 2 years of experience  in beauty, aesthetics, or related sales roles 
Proven track record in achieving sales targets 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented 
Comfortable working in a KPI-based performance environment 
 Salary & Benefits  Basic salary: From $3,000 onwards  (based on experience)
