            Job Details  Available Locations: Islandwide, depending on outlet vacancy 
Salary Package: Basic Salary ($2000 - $2300) + Commission / Incentive + Grooming Allowance + AWS + VB 
Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (including weekends and public holidays) 
Contract: convert to permanent 
 What You’ll Do  Promote skincare products and provide product recommendations to customers over the counter 
Deliver skincare consultations and product demonstrations to support sales targets and KPIs 
Build strong customer relationships while providing high-quality customer service 
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock and transaction records 
Support in-store engagement activities and contribute ideas to improve customer experience 
 Requirements  Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in the beauty & spa industry
