Key Responsibilities



Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert product recommendations based on skin type, tone, and preferences.



Demonstrations: Apply makeup or skincare products on clients to demonstrate techniques and product effectiveness.



Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of ingredients, product lines, and the latest industry trends.



Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure shelves are stocked, products are properly displayed, and the sales area is clean.



Operations: Process transactions via the cash register, handle returns, and assist with inventory management.



Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed personal and store sales quotas.
