Responsibilities
  • Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
  • Scheduling clients appointments.
  • Data entry of client's information.
  • Keep documentation and maintain clients files.
  • Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation.
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients queries, needs and expectations.
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
  • Stock taking.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat.
  • Any other administrative task when required.
  • Work weekends and PH.
