+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience using finite element analysis (FEA) tools in a product development environment, including Abaqus, LS-DYNA, or HyperWorks.
+ Experience in test development, execution, and analysis, for material model development and model validation.
+ Experience in finite element theory and material constitutive models, in both elasticity and plasticity, static and dynamic load cases with deformation.
