Job Summary

The Batch Processing Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering high‑quality Batch Services to TransUnion’s stakeholders, including product, solutions, sales, technology, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Batch Processing execution, including processing large batch files and delivering results to stakeholders on time and accurately.
• Become the subject‑matter expert of batch processing tools and SOPs—Adviser, ICRS, and Triggers.
• Assist the Head of Batch delivery in ensuring batch revenue targets are met, billing adjustments are completed on time, and stakeholders are managed accordingly.
• Problem‑solve by analyzing solutions using judgment and handle complex or contentious queries.
• Work closely with Operations, Solutions, Product, Global Technology, and Sales teams to proactively support batch‑related requests, proof‑of‑concepts, triggers, and sales support activities.
