            Barista and Mixologist  Responsibilities  Curation, Coordination & Communication  Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea beverages and cocktails 
Create and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair 
Curate bespoke coffee, tea, and cocktail recipes on a quarterly basis 
Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and the Meeting & Events Team, Community Team, and Operations Team for F&B requirements at the baristabar 
Work closely with the Meeting and Events Team, Community Team, and Operations Team when a barista is required for events 
 Members Engagement & Execution  Engage members on drink options and make recommendations 
Remember members’ names and beverage preferences 
Increase F&B revenue 
Manage inventory expenses and minimize wastage
