Main Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Mix cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and specialty beverages Recommend drinks and upsell menu items to guests Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bar area Replenish bar inventory and supplies when required Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards Assist in opening and closing bar operations Handle cashiering and POS transactions when required Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations Attend training sessions and briefings conducted by management Assist in stock taking and inventory control Ensure glasses, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned and organised Knowledge of wines and Italian beverages will be an added advantage
