Professionally set up the bar at the beginning of each shift including preparing liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes in accordance with operational standards.
Accurately process drink orders in the correct sequence, verify order quantities and manage billing promptly and efficiently.
Prepare all cocktails according to Sofitels standard beverage manual ensuring the use of proper techniques and standard measures.
