• Must have strong cocktail, wine and food knowledge
• Prepare and set up bar according to service standards.
• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service that embodies our hospitality-first philosophy.
• Guide guests through our menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions.
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Menu knowledge 
• Must be able to comfortably walk up and down (3) flights of stairs
