Ensure prompt and accurate service of drinks to pool and restaurant guests.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of cocktails and be able to craft them on request.
Assist guests with non-menu items, responding positively and accommodating special requests where possible.
Check and restock the coffee station for each service / shift to ensure smooth barista service.
