Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso-based drinks and teas.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders and other coffee preparation equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk and other supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Experience & Qualification

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
