Prepares guests' orders promptly according to standards and ensure they are served in a timely manner.
Ensures bar maintenance and inventories are up to Fairmont Standards during the entire dining experience.
Prepares the beverage, food, and supplies requisition and monitors inventory levels, shortages and supplies.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of (one) 1 year of experience as a Barista with a strong working knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
Sophisticated communication and outstanding and prompt guest service skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Micros or similar P.O.S systems.
