Job Description We’re looking for a Barista to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
Responsibilities - Makes all coffee, drinks and food to standards – adheres to recipe specifications, Barista Workbook and food skills
- Recognizes every ingredient and can make every recipe
- Follows recipe cards to standards
- Ensures speed and quality of service standards are always maintained
- Works efficiently to prepare orders and delivers to standard to every order
- Labels and stores products correctly and in the right conditions
- FIFO - displays older food first. Rotates stock so food and drinks are always fresh
