Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare, dispense and serve drinks to the correct specification.
• Deliver food to customers, ensure check‑backs completed and clear plates promptly.
• Provide friendly customer interactions, say hello, thank customers and build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain cleaning standards: clear tables, wipe surfaces and carry out toilet checks.
• Work in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer garden clearing and other duties as needed.
