Working under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the presentation and service of all beverages meet our high standards of quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction. You will support operations across the Shelburne Bar, as well as assist with other bars and the wider Food & Beverage team as required.
