JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Beverage Supervisor, the Bar Back assists Bartenders, enabling them to focus on providing premier guest service to patrons. By partnering with team members in operational processes, greeting patrons, and keeping the bars clean and stocked, the Bar Back allows Bartenders and Cocktail Servers to operate more efficiently in their respective roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Keeps the bar stations fully stocked (ice, mixes, garnishes, napkins, straws, etc.). Provide coverage to other bars as requested and to ensure coverage during meal periods.
2. Responsible for overall cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of immediate workspace and adjacent areas. Ensures a clean, sanitary and thoroughly stocked bar. Empties trash as necessary throughout the shift, and at the end of the shift.
