A 5* hotel in central Sandton with over 200 bedrooms seeks to employ a Banquet Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Must have operations experience, matric and hospitality qualification as a prerequisite.
- Minimum 2 years experience in banqueting management in 4/5* hotels with a minimum of 4 venues with maximum capacity at 350 pax.
- Accustomed to high volumes and pressure, be willing and able to be physically and mentally active, able to work shifts and weekends.
- Driver's licence / own transport essential.
- Provide recent references from direct superiors of last two employers.
