Banquet Manager – Events, Experiences & Celebrations Leader at Kimpton Sevn Dubai (Pre‑Opening). Report to the Hotel Manager and Cluster Director of Restaurants & Bars. Lead all Conference & Banqueting operations, ensuring flawless execution of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Operations Management – Oversee the planning and execution of all event types; coordinate setup, service delivery, event flow, and breakdown; ensure alignment across operational teams; monitor quality, timing, service flow, and presentational standards.
• Team Leadership & Development – Lead banquet service teams; assign responsibilities; coach, mentor, and develop staff; support training initiatives and service excellence programs.
