Position: Bankruptcy Paralegal
Location: Zapopan, Jalisco, México, 100% on site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, process, and file bankruptcy-related documents accurately and on time.
• Review and analyze bankruptcy claims and track case progress.
• Conduct interviews with clients and provide consistent updates on their cases.
• Perform legal research and file documents through electronic platforms like PACER.
• Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
